Fonix Telematics Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 6942257 and registered office at Kingfisher House, 19 Springfield Lyons Approach, Chelmsford Business Park, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 5LB. We supply vehicle tracking, telematics, and vehicle camera solutions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we believe you have breached these Terms.

All purchases and services are subject to separate contractual terms agreed between Fonix Telematics Ltd and the customer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By signing and returning a sales order form for Fonix Telematics Ltd vehicle tracking or vehicle camera solutions (“the Products” and/or “the Services”), you agree to enter into a contract for the minimum term specified on your order form.
The contract cannot be ended early without legal justification.
Early cancellation will result in a termination fee equivalent to the remaining line rental due under the contract.
If you fail to return a signed sales order form for additional hardware, but proceed with installation, acceptance of the installation constitutes agreement to the terms set out in the contract issued.
All contracts require a minimum notice period of 30 days, which may not be exercised until the minimum contract term has expired.
The termination date will be 30 days from the next invoice date following receipt of notice.
Fonix Telematics Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if deemed necessary.
All outstanding invoices must be settled by direct debit at the end of the contract period.
If you cancel your direct debit mandate before payment is complete, an administration fee of £50 will be applied.

All information provided by Fonix Telematics Ltd is given in good faith and believed to be accurate at the time of publication.
The application and use of products remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Fonix Telematics Ltd disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may arise from the use of its products, recommendations, or services.
Customers must not remove, or permit others to remove, SIM cards from the Products.
The Customer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse (including fraudulent or improper usage) of SIM cards.
International usage is not enabled by default but may be activated upon written request.
International data is charged at £10 per MB. Charges will continue to accrue until written cancellation of international usage is received by Fonix Telematics Ltd.
Fonix Telematics Ltd warrants that the Products supplied will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Within this period, defective Products will be repaired or replaced using new or equivalent-to-new parts within a reasonable timeframe.
Fonix Telematics Ltd does not warrant that:
the Products are fit for any particular purpose,
the Services will be uninterrupted, or
data, reports, or information provided will be error-free.
No warranty is provided for damage caused by:
improper installation, use, or modification,
attempted repair by an unauthorised third party, or
accidental or external damage outside Fonix Telematics Ltd’s control.
Fonix Telematics Ltd uses secure encryption technology (SSL) to protect order and payment details.
While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be held liable for losses caused by unauthorised access unless resulting from our negligence.
Where Products or Services are supplied for business use, Fonix Telematics Ltd accepts no liability for:
business losses including loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill,
incidental or consequential damages.
Any liability will be limited to the total price paid for the Products or Services.
This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Where a credit account is approved:
payment is due 30 days from the invoice date
interest may be charged on late payments at 4% above Barclays Bank PLC base rate, calculated daily, both before and after judgment.
